Reservation Process

By making a reservation through the Website, you agree to the applicable policies, rates and conditions associated with your booking.

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, availability or other information and to cancel or modify reservations if such errors occur.

Reservations are for personal use only and may not be resold or transferred to third parties.

Guests must present valid government-issued identification at check-in, as required by Italian law.

Payment Terms

You are responsible for all charges related to your stay, including accommodation fees, taxes, cleaning fees and any damages.

Payments must be made using accepted payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

If any balance remains unpaid at check-out, you authorize us to charge the outstanding amount to the payment method on file.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the rate and booking conditions. The applicable cancellation policy will be displayed at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows: 100% charge of the booking amount.
• Cancellations between 3–7 days before arrival: 50% charge.
• Cancellations more than 7 days before arrival: 25% charge.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 days, excluding any bank or transaction fees.

A non-refundable policy means that the full amount of the reservation is charged at the time of booking and cannot be returned in case of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure.

By confirming the reservation, the guest agrees to these conditions.

House Rules

By staying at Locazione Turistica Venezia , you agree to the following:

• Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Pets are not permitted unless agreed in writing.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or termination of the stay without refund.
